Kaju masala

fry kaju in ghee

fry onion  and hari mirchi

prepare paste of onion mirchi (2) and ginger -- make paste.

take a pan---
put oil
then butter
kasuri methi
onion paste

1 spoon dhania powder
turmeric powder

red chilli powder
put water little   fry nicely so that smell goes out

boil tomato
then prepare tomato puree
garam masal  at the end

then put godambi
then salt

boil for some time
lastly put creem so that kaju masal will be rich and spicy
